I'm really excited to be going to the third annual No Limits Festival which takes place across the weekend of 21st and 22nd September at the beautiful Normanby Hall Country Park
For the entire weekend, there is free entry to this classic English mansion and its magnificent grounds. The Sheffield family lived on the site from 1539 and the family's titles include Dukes of Buckingham and Normanby and Sheffield baronets.
Last year, I enjoyed meeting and chatting with so many interesting people. I was delighted to hear of several of you who were fascinated by, and even considering the narrowboat lifestyle, after enjoying 'Reflections From A Narrowboat'.
I hope to catch up with you again this year and share some of my latest book. A memoir - 'The Evening Girls' - offers an insight into my life as a district nurse in 1970's.
I'll also be hosting a fun, 'Create your own story' competition with prizes!
And...for the entire weekend there are special prices on all my books with signed copies available!
A percentage of profits from the sale of my book: 'The Courage of a Ukrainian Family' will go to #warpaws - a great charity which supports animals in and from wartorn countries
There will be something for everyone - whatever your taste, at this family-friendly celebration of the creative arts, with authors, illustrators, poets, musicians and so much more!
